Bena Charity for Human Development, in coordination with the Cleaning and Improvement Fund in Taiz Governorate, has launched an activity to provide support for solid waste collection and disposal in Salah District, Taiz Governorate. This activity comes as part of the association’s ongoing efforts to improve environmental and public health conditions in the targeted areas.
The activity will run for three months and is implemented within the framework of the project titled:
“IDPs Sites Management and Coordination and Provision of Lifesaving WASH and Shelter Assistance (Salh-Taiz) and Protection Assistance (AIMukha and Mawza – West Coast) to Vulnerable IDPs and HC”, funded by Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF).
This activity aims to strengthen and sustain daily cleaning efforts, contributing to better public health and improving the living environment for both displaced persons and host communities. The activity is carried out in coordination with relevant authorities to ensure efficient implementation and a tangible positive impact on service delivery and environmental conditions in the district.
