BCFHD

Bena Charity for Human Development (BCFHD) is an independent non-governmental non-profit organization with its headquarters in the city of Taiz and its geographical scope in the Republic of Yemen. The organization was founded on June 20, 1996.

 

The organization works according to regulations and policies in many sectors of humanitarian work with the aim of promoting community development and improving the quality of life of the affected individuals and communities in Yemen. The Association adopts an integrated approach to the management of its business, including a specialized and strong team that oversees the implementation and management of various projects and programs.

 

BCFHD main sectors of work include various areas such as education, health, social welfare, vocational rehabilitation, economic development, livelihoods, food security, water and sanitation, and emergency relief. The organization seeks to achieve a positive and sustainable impact in target communities through the implementation of projects and programmes that meet the needs of local populations, promote life conditions and promote sustainability.

 

The integrated management of the organization includes planning and guiding activities, programmes and projects, and coordinating various efforts to ensure the achievement of the organization’s objectives. The Department consists of a management team specialized in areas such as public administration, finance, human resources, marketing and communications. The Department works closely with field teams, collaborators and partners to ensure effective and effective project implementation and results in various areas of work.

BCFHD deems the Integrated Management System, which includes the quality management system, the risk management system the information security management, and compliance management systems to be an essential factor in providing a quality and distinguished management system to partners, beneficiaries, and donors. At the same time, it fulfills its strategic objectives to achieve its vision and mission, meet the needs and expectations of partners and related parties and the stakeholders and the public, and achieve their satisfaction in the field of humanitarian and development work.
