The events of the making a fifth-strategic plan workshop (2016-2020) for the Academic Excellence Center of Bena Charity for Human Development’s continuing with the participation of several academic and specialized characters.

Some worksheets of the agenda and discussions were presented and approved during the workshop such as; data and information sheet of the center in which the strategic plan relied on, SWOT analysis of the center, the strategic paper, work scopes paper and main activities program papers. Furthermore, the fields of the strategic plan scopes have been arranged as

“Organizational Structure & Management, Relationships & Partnerships, Development Projects, Training and Rehabilitation”
