On the morning of March 10, 2024, Bena Charity organized a training course for its employees entitled “Humanitarian Work Standards.” The course targeted 22 employees from different departments of BCFHD.
The course aimed to familiarize employees with international humanitarian work standards and enhance their capacity to apply these standards in various stages of humanitarian work, starting from assessment and needs, through planning and implementation, to follow-up and evaluation.
During the course, trainer Majdi Al-Qubati covered many important topics, including:
Humanitarian work principles
Accountability and transparency standards
Community participation
Emergency response
Assessment and monitoring
The management of Benaa Charity Association expressed its thanks and appreciation to the trainer Majdi Al-Qabati for his efforts in making the course a success. It also expressed its happiness with the active participation of the employees and the information they acquired during the course.
