BCFHD held a training course on “Institutional Leadership Methodology and Depth of Change,” which benefited 37 trainees from various humanitarian organizations in Taiz.

The course was presented by trainer Najib Ghazi, who discussed the concept of institutional leadership, its characteristics, and its types. He also discussed the role of leadership in bringing about change in organizations.

The course focused on a number of important topics, including:

* The concept of institutional leadership and its importance
* The characteristics of institutional leadership
* The types of institutional leadership
* The role of leadership in bringing about deep change
* Institutional leadership skills

At the end of the course, the participants thanked BCFHD for organizing this valuable course and emphasized the importance of the role of institutional leadership in bringing about positive change in organizations.
