Training of 24 members of the Child Protection Committee.

Within the project “Provision of integrated response of education and child protection services to the most vulnerable children in Maqbanah district, Taiz .”

funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF), BCFHD trained the child protection committees on child protection risks and safe referral pathways.

The training aimed to empower child protection committees with the knowledge and skills to recognize and address risks faced by children, ensure their safety, and enhance their understanding of safe referral pathways.

This project aims to provide a comprehensive and integrated response to meet the educational and protection needs of the most affected children in the area. Through this training, BCFHD equipped the committees to effectively mitigate potential risks and safeguard children’s well-being, promoting a culture of child protection and fostering collaboration among stakeholders for the benefit of vulnerable children in society.
