Under the YHF-funded project ” Improving the educational Environment for the vulnerable school-aged children in the affected Schools of Salh district, Taiz Governorate, under prionity (2)”.

BCFHD concluded the provision of school supplies to targeted schools in Salh district of Taiz Governorate, Yemen.

In coordination with Salh district Education office (DEO), BCFHD distributed 55 whiteboards with their supplis to 16 schools along with 8 hygiene kits and cleaning materials to 8 schools.

The project was successfully implemented in Salh District of Taiz Governorate, Yemen. This project is considered as an important step towards improving the quality of education in conflict-affected areas in Yemen.

It is worth mentioning, that this project aims to improve education quality in 21 conflict-affected schools in Salh district through the provision of a package of education inputs including new school desks, whiteboards with their supplies, solar power systems, and hygiene kits.
