On Wednesday, August 2, 2023, BCFHD distributed the SECOND payment of cash assistance for house rehabilitation and reconstruction to 70 HHs of returnees in AlMudhaffar District – Taiz governorate.

This intervention comes within the activities of a project funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF) to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable families of returnees and to sustain their returns in AlMudhaffar District through the provision of sustainable shelter solutions.

It is worth noting that the cash assistance for house rehabilitation will be delivered in three payments to facilitate monitoring the rehabilitation  works and to ensure using the cash assistance in line with its purpose.
