On Tuesday, March 21, 2023, BCFHD launched the distribution of the first round of cash assistance for rental subsidies to 75 families in Marib City District of Marib governorate.
This intervention comes within the activities of a project funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF) to improve the living conditions of the most vulnerable families of IDPs and host community in Marib City district through the provision of quite sustainable shelter solutions.
The Project Manager said that today cash assistance would be distributed to 75 families out of 200 families and that the distribution will continue to the rest of the families during the next two days.
It is worth noting that each targeted family will receive cash assistance for rental subsidies for a period of six months.
