Funded by YHF, BCFHD has delivered 8 water tanks with a capacity of 1500 Liters to the IDP Sites in the districts of Salh and Al-Mudhaffar as a part of the activities of the project of “Providing emergency aid in WASH sector for the most vulnerable IDPs and host communities affected by the risk of displacement”, to benefit 315 HHs.

The water tanks were delivered to the community committees of each targeted area, which were previously nominated by the local community.

It is worth noting that these tanks will be filled with drinking water on a daily basis for three consecutive months, within 91 water points targeting thousands of the most vulnerable HH in Salh and Al-Mudhaffar districts in Taiz governorate.
