BCFHD implements the kick-off workshop for the CCCM and Shelter Management Project

Funded by YHF, BCFHD carried out the kick-off workshop for the project intitled “Management and coordination of IDP hosting Sites and improving living conditions and access to assistance for the most vulnerable IDPs in Salh district and providing emergency and life-saving assistance to the most acutely vulnerable and host communities in Maqbanah District” in Taiz Governorate,

The workshop was attended by the Office Directors of MoSAL, and the Executive Unit for the Displaced in Taiz Governorate in addition to the directors of Salh and Maqbanah districts.

The project targets more than 17,000 individuals in Salh and Maqbanah Districts through the provision of integrated response assistance in IDP hosting sites to enhance the safety of IDPs and preserve their dignity. In addition to improving living conditions and access to assistance for vulnerable HHs (people with disabilities, marginalized groups, and people with special needs).

The workshop was also attended by representatives of the marginalized and disabled groups, the representative of the Women and Child Center, as well as BCFHD’s work team.
