BCFHD launches the project of “Improved Access to Safe Education” in the presence of representatives of the local authority in Taiz

Funded by YHF, BCFHD launched the kick-off workshop for the project “Improved Access to Safe Education” in Salah district.

The workshop was attended by representatives from MoSAL, MoPIC and Education offices in Taiz Governorate.

Zaid Hassan, the project manager, said that the project targets 5,294 male and female students, as well as 200 male and female teachers, in 13 schools in Salah District.
He added: The project includes implementing training activities, distributing incentives for teachers from both genders, installing blackboards and solar energy systems, in addition to distributing hygiene kits in the targeted schools.
