Bena Charity for Human Development has started paying the third payment of the financial grants for female students of the university in Taiz, while transfers have been done

through exchange companies for the female students who were out of Taiz province.
Mr. Mahdy Ameen, the finance manager of Bena Charity, has clarified that the delay was due to the lack of availability of liquidity in the local banks.
